Kálmán Németh was the tenant of the National Hotel from 1898 to 1906, and then the tenant of the Stag Restaurant from 1907 to 1912. Anna Kass - sister of the owner of Kass Hotel in Szeged - was the tenant of the Stag Restaurant from 1914 to 1918.
