A Szeplőtelen Szűz palástban, feje körül glóriával, kiterjesztett karokkal a felhőkkel övezett földgömbön áll. Áldó karjaiból fénysugarak áradnak a föld felé. Lábai alatt a legyőzött kígyó alakja. Hátoldal: "O MI JESU MISERICORDIA!". A felhőkön álló Krisztus baljával Szent Szívére mutat.
