Ovális alakú, füllel ellátott, könnyűfém kegyérem. Előlap: A mariazelli kegyoltár, középen a kegyszoborral, két oldalt angyalok alakjával. Hátlap: Lent felirat: D(as) K(önig) L(udwig) G(naden) B(ild) M(aria) ZE(ll) I(n) D(ie) SHA(atz)K(ammer). A legenda szerint Nagy Lajos király által a templomnak adományozott kincstári kegykép. A képet felül és oldalt angyalok tartják, rajta az Istenszülő Szűz, karján a gyermek Jézussal.
Oval metal medallion. On the face: altar of Mariazell with the statue of Virgin Mary and angels. On the verso: abbreviation of German inscription. Louis I of Hungary gave a holy picture to the church with the Virgin Mary and the Child Jesus, according to the legend.
