A metszeten a máriacelli kegyszobor látható felhőkből kiemelkedve. Alul balra egy férfialak által tartott Pietá-tábla (Maria Taferl-i Pieta), alul jobbra a kincstári kegykép, a Schatzkammerbild látható, melyre az alvó Nagy Lajos király támaszkodik. A képmező alján egy kartusban felirat: "Marienbild in Maria Zell". A képmező alatt további felirat olvasható: "Weil ich an Dich so oft gedacht, / Hab ich Dir dies Marienbild, / Zur Wallfahrtsgabe mitgebracht.".
