A Szent István Társulat téglány alakú, kétoldalas emlékplakettje dobozával, gróf Zichy Nándor (1829-1911) politikus 80. születésnapjára, hálából négy évtizedes társulati munkájáért, amelynek 1889-től az elnöke is volt. Előlapján: Zichy Nándor képmása jobb profilból, felette két évszám: "1829 // 1909". A büszt mellett balra a készítő jelzete látható: "MÁTRAI". Alul a következő felirat olvasható: "ZICHY NÁNDOR GRÓFNAK / FÁRADHATLAN ELNÖKÉNEK / A SZENT-ISTVÁN TÁRSULAT". Hátoldalán fent a Szent István Társulat emblémája, alul felirat:"Quattuor Lustris / Praesidi / Societas Sti Stephani".
