Kör alakú emlékérem Edward Vernon (1684-1757) angol admirális 1739-es Porto Bello-i (Portobelo) győzelmének tiszteletére, amikor hat hajóval foglalta el a panamai kikötővárost. Előlapján az admirális képmása combkivágatban, körben felirat: "THE . BRITISH . GLORY . REVIV . D . BY . ADMIRAL . VERNON". Hátoldalán Porto Bello kikötője és Vernon admirális hat hajóból álló flottája látható, alul felirat: "BY COURAGE AND / CONDUCT". Körben felirat: "WHO TOOK PORTO BELLO WITH SIX SHIPS ONLY".

On the verso: Port of Porto Bello and the fleet. English inscriptions: "By courage and conduct" and "Who took Porto Bello with six ships only".
