A milánói dóm kör alakú emlékérem, amelynek építéséhez Gian Galeazzo Visconti (1351-1402) herceg utasítására fogtak hozzá 1386-ban. Előlap: Milánói dóm. Alul felirat: "CATEDRALE / DI MILANO". Alul a készítő jelzete: "J. WIENER F. 1860". Hátlap: Milánói dóm belső tere, háttérben Pellegrini-oltár látható. Alul felirat: "PRINCIPIATA 1386 / DA GIO:GALEAZZO VISCONTI. / FACCIATA DEL PELLEGRINI". Bal oldalon felirat: "J. WIENER BRUSSELLE".
