Miniszteri rendelet az államtitkár aláírásával Mihalovich Ödönnek, a Zeneakadémia igazgatójának arról, hogy a Liszt összkiadással kapcsolatos számlákat a kiadó, a Breitkopf és Härtel cég felé egyenlítsék ki és tegyen véleményes jelentést további három részletkérdésben.
