A Szigethy villa homlokzatán olvasható a Milleneum felirat magyarázata, hogy a nyaraló 1896-ban épült, így neve vélhetően az Ezredéves évforduló emlékét őrzi. Dátum a postai bélyegző alapján.

The picture page of the postcard shows the holiday cottages of Mari Szigethy and Annus. On the left is the Szigethy villa, in the background is the Annus villa, built in 1894. It is named after the widow Mrs. Ignác Schaffer nee Anna Englisch, who bought the building in 1912 and was the owner of the Nádor Hotel in Pécs. On the façade of the Szigethy villa, the Milleneum inscription means that the cottage was built in 1896, so its name presumably commemorates the millennium of Hungary.
