Bal lábával előrelépő bika figura, a memphiszi Ptah-templom szent állata, fején ureuszos napkoronggal. Nyakán kétsoros nyaklánc függőkkel, hátán díszes takaró. Homlokán háromszög alakú homlokfolt. A háton a szárnyas skarabeusz és a keselyű alakú égistennő figurája.
