A felvételen a kiállítás előterében lévő tabló látható. A tablón végig követhetjük a honi cukrászipar történetét a XIV. századtól a XIX. század elejéig. Az illusztrációk vélhetőleg, Dobos C. József szakácskönyvéből valók (Magyar-franczia szakácskönyv 1881). A tárgyszavak egy része a tabló ismertetőjéből valók (mandolato, tsemegetsináló).
Exhibition organized by the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism in Budapest in 1983. A permanent exhibition entitled "History of the Hungarian Confectionery Industry 1982-1996. Information board on the history of the Hungarian conditory industry from the 14th to the 19th century with illustrations from József Dobos' book (Hungarian - French Cookbook, 1881).
