A "Kereskedelmi Régiségek" kiállítás az 1982. februárjában alakult főiskolai kereskedelemtörténeti tudományos diákkör gyűjtő, tervező és rendező munkájának eredménye volt. A kiállított anyag a hallgatók, tanárok, vállalatok, a lakosság adományaiból tevődött össze. a gyűjtésben kiemelkedő szerepet töltött be Vojtko István és Gyelán Zsolt 1983-ban végzett hallgatók. A Magyar Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Múzeum a gyűjtött anyag rendezésében, kiegészítésében nyújtott szakmai segítséget. A képen a kiállításmegnyitó részleteit láthatjuk.

The "Commercial Antiques" exhibition was the result of the collection, design, and direction of the trade history student association, founded in February 1982. The exhibited material consisted of donations from students, teachers, companies, and the general public. Mr. István Vojtko and Mr. Zsolt Gyelán graduated in 1983, played a prominent role in the collection. The Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism provided professional assistance in arranging and supplementing the collected material. Opening ceremony of the exhibition at 9-11 Alkotmány Street of Budapest on 14 November 1983.
