The "Commercial Antiques" exhibition was the result of the collecting, designing, and arranging work of the academic scientific student club on history of trade established in February 1982. The exhibited material consisted of donations from students, teachers, companies and the general public. István Vojtko and Zsolt Gyelán, who graduated in 1983, played a prominent role in the collection. The Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism (MKVM) provided professional assistance in arranging and supplementing the collected material.
