Hősök tere 7. (Hal tér, Futó Mihály tér, Beloiannisz tér, Lenin tér) A házat 1927. őszén dr. Szentkirályi Zsigmond bőrgyógyász főorvos építtette, majd 1939 júniusában eladta Tereh Gyula református lelkész családjának 25.000 Pengőért. (A helyén állott "Dombszög" kocsma volt Vásárhely egyik igen hírhedt lebuja, az épület egy részének lebontását 1927 szeptember végén kezdték meg, a le nem bontott épületrész - némi átalakítás és ablak csere után - még ma is áll a dr. Imre József utcai fronton.)

Zsigmond Szentkirályi had the house built in the fall of 1927 and sold it to Calvinist parson Gyula Tereh's family in June 1939 for 25 thousand pengos. An infamous jook of Hódmezővásárhely, 'Dombszög' pub had stood on its place. A part of the building was pulled down in 1927, but there was a part that remained, was renewed and still stands on the side of Dr Imre József Street.
