Fekete műbőr borító, bal szélén három függőleges fehér csíkkal, mellette felül a hotel színes fényképe, tőle jobbra piros betűkkel Touring Hotel. Jobb alsó részen aranyozott Pannónia felirat. Az album első részében gépelt dokumentáció, utána színes fotók illusztrálják a leírtakat. A gépelt oldalak első részében a Touring Hotel program rövid összefoglalója olvasható, céljaival, a megvalósítás menetrendjével, táblázatokkal illusztrálva. A színes felvételeken a kész épület külső homlokzati része, illetve a belső tér, valamint egy vendégvárásra kész szállodai szoba tekinthető meg. A következőkben gépelt műleírás, műszaki dokumentáció, tervrajzok és néhány fekete-fehér fényképen az építkezés fázisai láthatóak. Az albumban szereplő siófoki szálloda, a Touring Hotel program első megvalósult létesítménye volt.

In the first part of the typed pages you can read a short summary of the Touring Hotel program, illustrated with its goals, implementation schedule and tables. The colour shots show the exterior façade and interior of the finished building, as well as a hotel room ready to welcome guests. The following parts include typed technical descriptions, technical documentations, blueprints, and some black and white photographs showing the phases of construction. The hotel in Siófok included in the album was the first realized facility of the Touring Hotel program.
