A képeslapról készített fotón a svábhegyi Löwenstein nyaraló utcai frontja látható, a tetőgerincen Löwenstein A. Sütőháza felirat olvasható. Az épület földszintjén tejterméketeket árusító bolt látszik. Az épület a svábhegyi fogaskerekű vasút egykori felső állomása és svábhegyi Nagy szálloda (Grand Hotel) közelében állt. (A növekvő igények miatt a fogaskerekű vasút vonalát 1890-ben hosszabbították meg a Széchenyi-hegyig, így a felső végállomás is átkerült az új helyszínre.)

The photo of the postcard shows the street front of the Löwenstein cottage on Svábhegy, with the inscription Löwenstein A. Sütőháza (A. Löwenstein's Baking House) on the ridge of the roof. A shop selling dairy products can be seen on the ground floor of the building. The building was located near the former upper station of the cog railway and the Grand Hotel on Svábhegy. (Due to increasing demand, the cog railway line was extended to Széchenyi Hill in 1890, so the upper terminal was also moved to the new location.)
