A Halom utca Csengeren. A sarki épületben Árkosi (Árkossy) Sándor fűszer- és vegyeskereskedése látható. A következő épületben Fischer Mihály boltja helyezkedett el. A saroképület előtt egy kerekes kút látszik, az úton két fiáker várakozik. A másik oldalon, jobbra egy korabeli automobil parkol. Balra távolabb, a következő utcasarkon álló ház homlokzatán, kávéház felirat olvasható (Arany csillag szálloda?). Ez az épület, Főszolgabírói Hivatalként van nyíllal megjelölve.

The Halom Street in Csenger. The building on the corner is the spice and grocery shop of Sándor Árkosi (Árkossy). The next building was the shop of Mihály Fischer. A draw well is visible in front of the corner building, and two fiacres are waiting on the road. On the other side, to the right, a period automobile is parked. Further to the left, on the façade of the house on the next street corner, is a café (Gold Star Hotel?). This building is marked with an arrow as the Chief Magistrate's Office.
