Felújítás előtti képek
A felvételen az egykori Grand Hotel Royal 1960-as évekbeli cukrászdájának egyik részlete látható. A fotó elkészülte idején az épület már évek óta zárva volt. Az 1896-os nyitás után már működött egy Gerbaud fiók-cukrászda a szállodában. A 2000-es évek elején történt felújítás után, 2005 óta működik Szamos Marcipán Royal Kávéház néven cukrászda, a két évvel korábban megnyílt Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal luxusszálló földszintjén.
The photo shows part of the former Grand Hotel Royal confectionery from the 1960s. The building had been closed for several years when the photo was taken. A Gerbaud branch confectionery had already been operating in the hotel after it opened in 1896. After renovation in the early 2000s, a confectionery has been operating since 2005 under the name Szamos Marzipan Royal Café, on the ground floor of the Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal, a luxury hotel that opened two years earlier.
