Később, 1912-ben az épületben működő Corvin kávéház tulajdonosa Donreich Károly volt. A ház előtti szoborcsoportot 1893-ban avatták fel. Zala György alkotása az 1848-1849-es szabadságharc alatt Buda visszavívásában résztvevő honvédeknek állít emléket. The photo shows the Dísz Square in the Castle District of Buda. The former Marczibányi House is visible in the background, the ground floor of the Zopf-style house was occupied by János Bauer's restaurant and János Janács's café from 1893. Later, in 1912, Károly Donreich was the owner of the Corvin Café in the building. The statue group in front of the house was unveiled in 1893. The statue, by György Zala, commemorates the soldiers who took part in the recapture of Buda during the 1848-1849 War of Independence. The photo also shows the portals of the shops on Dísz Square, including, but not limited to, the Kranz brothers' shop; Gyula Sellner's delicatessen; József Rausz, master tinker; and Nándor Krauze, upholsterer.
