Text of censorship: On the occasion of the Osaka World Exhibition, the film surveys the scientific and technical achievements which are of great significance for the whole of human kind. At the same time, the film presents the question, whether the creative abilities of man bring fruit in the correct direction, and whether the available resources are utilized in proper ways.
