A film a BKV eredményeit, munkáját mutatja be abból az alkalomból, hogy a cég megkapta a Kiváló Vállalat oklevelet. A film az oklevél átadásával kezdődik, majd Csanádi György miniszter beszéde alatt megelevenednek a vállalat hétköznapjai.
