Holland Expedíciós Kereszt katonai kitüntetés szalag nélkül. Ezüstszínű fém. Alakja ívelt görög kereszt. Szárain kurzív W monogram. Szárai között körbefutó tölgyfalomb koszorú. A kör alakú középrészen az alapító, III. Vilmos holland király balra néző arcképe látható, a szegélyen „VOOR KRIJGSVERRIGTINGEN” (Hadműveletért) körirattal, alul pedig stilizált katonai övvel. Hátoldala egysíkú, sima.
