Tomek Vince (1892–1986), a piarista rend magyar tartományának provinciálisa kapta 1965-ben a II. Vatikáni Zsinaton való részvételének emlékére. Eredeti dobozzal. Vert ezüst érem. Emilio Greco (1913–1995) római szobrászművész alkotása. Előlapján áldást osztó angyal látható, és jelzés: „GRECO”. Hátlapján Róma város címere, illetve körirat: „CONCILIO ECUMENICO VATICANO SECONDO MCMLXII-MCMLXV | ROMA AI PADRI CONCILIARI”. Középen: „+VINCENTVS TOMEK”; alul jelzés: „S. JOHNSON MILANO”.
2nd Council of Vatican memorial medallion awarded to Piarist province leader Vince Tomek. Silver medallion made by Emilio Greco. On the face: blessing angel and mark "Greco". On the verso: blazon of Rome and inscriptions in Italian.
