Celestina Donati tiszteletremétóvá nyilvánítása alkalmából (1998. okt. 25.) készített emlékérem plasztik keretben. Mauro Baldessari éremművész alkotása. Készült a Colombo Medaglie milánói műhelyében (Damiano Colombo & Figli S.r.l.). Felirata: "VEN SUOR CELESTINA DONATI DELLA MADRE DIO" Hátoldalán:"MCM-MM CENTENARIO DELL' ADORAZIONE CHIESA S. GIULIANO."
Celestina Donati was declared to be Venerable on 6 April in 1998 and the memorial medallion was issued on this occasion on 25 October 1998. Made by medallist Mauro Baldessari. On the face: her portrait and inscription "VEN SUOR CELESTINA DONATI DELLA MADRE DIO". On the verso: "MCM-MM CENTENARIO DELL' ADORAZIONE CHIESA S. GIULIANO".
