A "portomentes levelező-lap" felszólítás, melyben a váci nyomdát figyelmeztetésben részesíti a budapesti királyi ügyészség sajtó osztálya, amiért az 1911-es évben szeptember-december havi sajtórendészeti köteles példányait nem küldte be a sajtóügyi vádhatósághoz. A postai bélyegző alapján nyomon követhető, hogy a levelezőlapot először Vácra, majd Budapestre küldték Herrmann Károly aktuális tartózkodási helyének megfelelően.

The "port-free mail-post" notice, in which the Vác Print House is warned by the Press Department of the Royal Budapest Prosecutor's Office, for not sending the press-related copies of the September-December press system to the press office in 1911. Based on the postage stamp it is possible to track the postcard first to Vác and then to Budapest according to the current location of Károly Herrmann, dated in Budapest, February 1911.
