Kör alakú, füllel ellátott, fémből készült kegyérem. Előoldal: "VIRGO CARMELI". A Kármelhegyi Boldogasszony, ölében a gyermek Jézussal. Mindketten skapulárét tartanak kezükben. Hátoldal: "COR JESV" Jézus Szíve. Krisztus jobbjával felfelé, baljával töviskoszorúval átfont, lángoló Szívére mutat. Legalul származási jelzet: "ITALY".
