Ovális alakú, füllel ellátott, alumínium kegyérem. Előlap: "EFFIGIE D. B. V. MARIA D. MONTE SoP. GORIZIA". A szlovén-olasz határon fekvő Gorizia városa melletti "Szent Hegy" (Sveta Gora, ol.: Monte Santo) templomának kegyképe. Hátlap: A Madonna megjelenik Orsola Ferligoi pásztornak 1539-ben. Háttérben a Szent Hegy a templommal.
Oval aluminium medallion from the 19th-20th centuries. On the face: abbreviated Latin inscription meaning "Image of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Monte SoP. Gorizia". The holy picture of the Church of Gorizia, situated on the Slovenian-Italian border next to the Holy Mountain (Sveta Gora or Monte Santo). On the verso: the Virgin Mary appeared to shepherd Orsola Ferligoi in 1539. The Holy Mountain and Church are in the background.
