A Sasvári (Šaštín) Fájdalmas Boldogasszony kegyszobor 300 éves jubileuma alkalmából készített, kör alakú, könnyűfém emlékérem. Előlap: A sasvári kegytemplom épülete. Alul készítői jelzet: "DRENTWETT". Hátlap: Felső felében a Fájdalmas Boldogasszony kegyszobor látható felhőkön, dicssugarakkal övezve. Alső felében felirat: "MEMORIA MARIANI TRISAECULARIS JUBILAEI SASSINIENSIS SUB PONTIF. PII IX. REGIMINE FRANC. JOS. I. ANNO DOMINI 1864".
