Cut-out of the newspaper article "Festive Council Meeting in Putnok" in the daily newspaper Northern Hungary. On the occasion of the declaration of Putnok as a city, a ceremonial council meeting was held where Minister of Defense Ferenc Kárpáti gave a speech and handed over the diploma on the declaration of Putnok as a city. Published in issue 52 of volume 45 on 2 March 1989.
