Bauer Sándor, a kép készítője; 1946-ban került az MTI-n belül működő Magyar Film Irodához fotóriporternek, majd 1957-től a Vendéglátás magazin munkatársa volt. Több mint négy évtizedes pályájának hagyatéka mintegy húszezer, nagyrészt negatívban fennmaradt fotó.

A Schwabl Ferenc cukrász által megálmodott látványosan szép, családias hangulatú cukrászda 1827-ben kezdte meg működését a Szentháromság utca 7. szám alatt. Három évvel később Richter Lénárt, József nádor udvari sütője, majd Müller Antal vette át az üzletet. A névadó, Ruszwurm Vilmos 1882-ben került a bolt élére, negyedik tulajdonosként. Vezetése idején a népszerű műhely tovább virágzott, törzsközönségét és megrendelőit főnemesi családok, valamint budai polgárok adták. 1922-től Tóth Ferenc öregbítette a cukrászda hírnevét, egészen az 1951-es államosításig. A rendszerváltás után a Szamos cukrászcsalád megvásárolta a nagy hagyományú intézményt. Az épület Budapest egyik nevezetessége, a berendezés védett műemlék. A picture from the photo collection of photographer Sándor Bauer who was the photo reporter of the Hungarian Film Office (belonged to MTI) as of 1946, and the employee of magazine Vendéglátás as of 1957. His legacy is about 20 thousand photos, mainly in negative.

Ruszwurm Confectionery in Buda Castle Quarter. The spectacularly beautiful, family-style confectionery dreamt by confectioner Ferenc Schwabl started its operation in 1827 at 7 Szentháromság Street. Three years later, Lénárt Richter, the Court baker Palatine Joseph, and then Antal Müller took over the business. The denominator, Vilmos Ruszwurm, took over the confectionery in 1882 as the fourth owner. During his leadership, the popular workshop continued to flourish, with its regulars and customers coming from noble families as well as Buda citizens. As of 1922, Ferenc Tóth elevated further its reputation until the nationalization in 1951. After the change of regime, the Szamos confectioner family bought the institution with a long tradition. The building is one of the sights of Budapest, the equipment is a protected monument. Visitors have since been expected with replaced but authentical seating furniture.
