Trucks of the fire brigade of Pécs (Free Royal City). The truck bodies were made by the Gyula Varga Car Body and Coach Factory on Opel-Blitz under-bodies. Dr. Csaba Varga, a Hungarian philosopher of law, was born into an upper middle class family in Pécs. The photographs collected by him bring to life not only the family, but also the company founded by his grandfather, the Gyula Varga Car Body and Coach Factory.
