A litográfián a gyermek Jézus látható egy fa lombjai között, melyből fölül a keresztfa nő ki. A keresztfa előtt égő, töviskoszorús szív látható, míg a fa törzsén tekeredő kígyó. A képmező alatt rövid ima olvasható: "Gelobt sei Jesus Christus! In Ewigkeit Amen.". A nyomtatvány jobb alsó sarkában a készítő jelzete: "F. Glaser in Linz."
