A szervita rend szentjei kegyérem, füllel, szalagon. Előlapján Krisztus látható a kereszten, a kereszt mellett négy szervita szenttel, Benizi Szent Fülöppel, Gioacchino da Fiore, ciszterci apát (kiben a ferencesek is elődjüket látták), továbbá a szervita rend női ágának alapítójával, Falconieri Szent Juliánával és Szent Peregrine szervita szerzetessel. Az előlapon körben felirat: "S. PHIL. B: IOACH. S. IUL. S. PER. OR. SER // MEDIOLANI". A hátoldalon a szervita rend hét szent alapítója látható a kereszt előtt, körben felirat: "VII. SS. FUNDAT.OR.SER.B.M.V.".
