Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem a Temze-alagút 1842-es átadására a tervező Sir Isambard Marc Brunel mérnök (1769-1849) képmásával. Előlapján Sir Isambart Marc Brunel (1769-1849) képmása bal profilból, körülötte felirat fut: "SIR ISAMBART MARC BRUNEL.F.R.S.& c.". A büszt alatt a készítő nehezen olvasható jelzete olvasható: "DAVIS BIRM." Hátoldalán a Brunel tervei alapján készült, Temze alatt futó Rotherhithe alagút ábrázolása látható, felette íves felirat: "ROTHERHITHE / TUNNEL". Alatta feliratos mező: "THAMES TUNNEL 1200 FEET LONG / COMMENCED 1824 COMPLETED 1842 / 76 FEET BELOW HIGH WATER / COST L 450000. / SIR.I.M.BRUNEL ENGINEER.".
