Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem Ludovico Chigi della Rovere-Albani (1866-1951), a Máltai Lovagrend nagymesterének 1938-ban Budapesten tett látogatása alkalmából. Előlapján a nagymester képmása látható bal profilból, körben felirat: "LVD.E.PRINC.CHIGI.ALBANI.M.MAG.ORD.S.JOHAN.HIER". A büszt alatt a készítő jelzete: "MADARASSY". Hátoldalán lovas jelenet látható, háttérben a lovagrend címerének sziluettjével, körben felirat: "EQVITES.ORD.S.JOHANNIS.HIER.IN.CASTRO.BVDENSI.CONVENIVNT // MENSE.JVNIO.A.D.MCMXXXVIII".
Round memorial medallion issued on occasion of Ludovico Chigi della Rovere-Albani's visit in Budapest in 1938. He was the High Officer of the Knights of Malta (on the recto). On the verso: equestrian scene and the blazon of the Order.
