X. Piusz pápa (1835-1914) által kiadott kör alakú pápai érem a római Ligouri Szent Alfonz redemptorista templomban őrzött Szüntelen Segítség Anyja ikonjának tiszteletére. Az érem füllel ellátott, amelyben egy ellenkarika található. Előlap: X. Piusz pápa portréja profilból. Körben felirat: "PIVS . X . PONT . MAX .". Hátlap: A római Ligouri Szent Alfonz redemptorista templomban őrzött Szüntelen Segítség Anyja ikon képe. Körben felirat: "SANCTA.MARIA.DE.PERPETUO.SUCCURSU.ORA.PRO.NOBIS".
