Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem Preszly Elemér (1877-1971), Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun vármegye főispánjának tiszteletére. Előlapján: Preszly Elemér képmása bal profilból, körben felirat: "PRESZLY ELEMÉR M . K . T . T . PEST-VM . FŐISPÁNJA". A büszt alatt a készítő jelzete olvasható: "BECK Ö. FÜLÖP". Hátoldalán: Két férfi és egy nő alakja látható egymás kezét fogva, körben felirat: "ELNÖKÉNEK A GYÖNGYÖSI ISTVÁN TÁRSASÁG" Alul dátum: "1937.VII.22".
