Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem szalaggal az aradi vértanúk kivégzésének 50. évfordulójára, benne aradi földdel, mintha ereklyetartó kapszula lenne. Előlapján középen az aradi tizenhárom emlékműve látható, körben felirattal: "1849-1899 OCTOBER 6. // ARAD". A hátoldalon középen aradi földet tartalmazó szelence látható nemzeti ereklyeként. Körben felirat: "ARADI NEMZETI SZÖVETSÉG".

On the recto: monument of the thirteen martyrs of Arad and dates "1849-1899 October 6 Arad". On the verso: reliquary containing soil from Arad in the middle. Inscription around the edge: "National Alliance of Arad".
