Kör alakú, kétoldalas érdemérem, amelyet az 1904-ben alaptított Balatoni Szövetség bocsátott ki 1922-ben. Előlapján huszár alakja mellette szőlőtőkkel. Alul a készítő jelzete: "HOMONNAY / 1922". Hátoldalán középen Balatoni jelenet vitorlással, háttérben a Tihanyi Apátsággal. Körben szecessziós stílusú felirat: "BALATONI . SZÖVETSÉG . 1904 . // AZ . ÉRDEM . JUTALMÁUL .".
