Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem füllel, az 1885-ös budapesti Országos Általános Kiállítás alkalmából. Előlapján Rudolf főherceg (1858-1889) mellképe látható, körben felirat: "RUDOLF TRÓNÖRÖKÖS // A KIÁLLÍTÁS VÉDNÖKE". Hátoldalán a kiállítás fő helyszíne, a városligeti Iparcsarnok látható felette szalag a "AZ 1885IKI BUDAPESTI ORSZÁGOS KIÁLLÍTÁS // EMLÉK ÉRME" felirattal. Alul Magyarország középcímere és Budapest címere látható. Az érem alján a készítők jelzete: "KNOPP ÉS STEINER BUDAPESTEN" (Knopp és Steiner budapesti vésnöküzem).
