Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem füllel Triesztből, kikötői jelenetekkel. Előlapján Trieszt városának és kikötőjének távlati képe látható, alatta felirattal: "ZUR ERINNERUNG / AN / TRIEST". Alatta balra fémjelzés: "ZINN", jobbra pedig a készítő jelzete: "J.G.". Hátoldalán egy, a Trieszti-öbölben úszó gőzhajó látható, előtte kisebb vitorlásokkal. Alul felirat: "SEE FAHRT IM GOLF / VON / TRIEST".
