Kör alakú, kétoldalas emlékérem, átfúrt lyukkal, II. János Kázmér (1609-1672) lengyel királlyá koronázására (1649). Előlap: Egy páncélos kéz "IOANIS / CASIMI / RVS" feliratú táblára mutat. További feliratok: "CORONATI . ANNO1649 / . D17 . IANV .". A körirat első fele nem olvasható: "[...] EST . DESVPER". Hátlap: Egy páncélos kéz a Vasa család címeréből származó kévét tartja, tetején koronával. Körirat: "DOMI / N[V]S . ASSUMPSIT . ME."
Round memorial medallion issued on the crowning of John II Casimir Vasa of Poland. On the recto: a hand in armour pointing to a board on which his name is written. On the verso: a hand in armour holding the sheaves from the blazon of family Vasa, with a crown on the top.
