A Nemzeti Erőforrás Minisztérium Kulturális Államtitkársága a magyar közművelődés helyzetét áttekintő, társadalmi szerepét erősítő programsorozatot indított útjára. A 15 alkalomból álló sorozat alapvető célja a közművelődés közhasznúságának alátámasztása és a közművelődési intézményekben, társadalmi szervezetekben folyó kulturális tevékenységek bemutatása. További fontos cél a programsorozat résztvevőinek bevonása a megújuló közművelődési stratégia tartalmainak összeállításába.
