Abstract: This article presents a recipe for a special salad combining the famous Caprese salad and the Tuscan bread salad, panzanella. The text describes in detail how to prepare the bread salad with tomato and mozzarella. The article stresses that the quality of the dish depends largely on the quality of the ingredients, and that a version made with good quality ingredients can be a tasty and light summer dish. The article even suggests variations at the end to give readers the opportunity to adapt the way the dish is prepared to their own taste.
