Az asztali tárlóban a pótkávé történetét követhetjük végig. A pótkávé a Napóleon által elrendelt kontinentális zárlat eredményeképpen jött létre, de kedvelt ital maradt később is. A babkávé ízét legjobban megközelítő cikóriakávé előállítását Franck Henrik tökéletesítette.
Showcase with objects regarding the history of coffee substitutes in the exhibition "Coffee in Hungarian Trade and Hospitality" at the headquarters of Compack Commercial Packaging Company.
It was the result of a continental quarantine ordered by Napoleon, but it remained a popular drink later on. The production of chicory coffee, which best approximates the taste of coffee beans, was perfected by Mr. Henrik Franck.
