Csízfürdő Szlovákia déli részén található, a Rima és a Sajó folyó torkolatától négy kilométerre. A fürdő léte egyedinek számító jódos-brómos vizének köszönhető. A véletlenül - kútásás során - fellelt gyógyhatású vízre alapozva végeztek több fúrást a későbbiekben, amelyek sikerrel jártak. Csízfürdő is located in the south of Slovakia, four kilometres from the mouth of the Rima and Sajó rivers. Its existence is due to its unique iodic-bromic water. The development of the bathing resort began in 1888, to take advantage of the abundance of springs (Hygiea, Themis, Neptunus).
