A levelezőlap képes oldalán az 1880-as években épült Margit Gőz- és Kádfürdő díszes épülete látható. A közismertebb nevén csak Margit-fürdőnek nevezett épületet, tulajdonosának Szikszay Gyula debreceni nagyvállalkozó feleségéről nevezték el. A 60-as években lebontották le. Homlokzatán Hidegvíz Gyógyintézet felirat olvasható. A dátum a levél keltezésének időpontja.
The ornate building of the Margit Steam and Tub Bath was built in the 1880s. The building, better known as Margit Bath, was named after the wife of Gyula Szikszay, a large entrepreneur from Debrecen. It was demolished in the 1960s. The inscription Cold Water Medical Institute is on the facade, 1910.
