Az Amerikából hazatelepült Takács Vincéné építtette ezt az elegáns látványos épületet, mely egyszerre szolgált szállodaként, étteremként valamint földszintjén üzlethelyiségek lettek kialakítva (Gál Lajos, Walter Ferenc). Az kép baloldalán a villával átellenben a Park Szálloda épületének sarka látszik. A kép előterében lévő gazos terület a Park szálló kerthelyiségeként üzemelt, ahogy más felvételeken jól megfigyelhető. A Gabi villától balra a Mayer villa épülete látszik.

Photo taken from a postcard. This elegant and spectacular building was built by Mrs. Vince Takács, who had repatriated from America. The building served as a hotel, a restaurant and on the ground floor there were shops (Lajos Gál, Ferenc Walter). On the left side of the photo, opposite the villa, you can see the corner of the Park Hotel building. The weedy area in the foreground of the picture was used as the Park Hotel's garden, as can be seen in other photographs. To the left of Villa Gabi is the Villa Mayer building.
