A levelezőlap képes oldalán, a Tulipán csárda Veszprémi vásárbazárba kitelepült csapata. Az egyik oldalán nyitott sátorban, egy hosszú asztal mögött hölgykoszorú kínálja hűsítő italokkal a vásár látogatóit. A levelezőlap egyben sorsjegy is volt, melynek vásárlásával a "Veszprémi Színpártoló Egyesület" színházépítési alapja javára gyűjtöttek. A sorsjegy vásárlói között pénznyereményt sorsoltak ki. Az 1905-ban alakult egyesület sikerét mi sem bizonyítja jobban, mint az 1908-ban átadott veszprémi Városi Színház ma is álló épülete (1922-től Veszprémi Petőfi Színház).

In the picture side of the postcard, the team of the Tulipán tavern moved in the fair bazaar in Veszprém. On one side, in an open tent, behind a long table, a group of ladies offer refreshing drinks to the visitors of the fair. The postcard was also a raffle ticket, the purchase of which raised money for the theatre building fund of the "Veszprém Theatre Patroning Association". A cash prize was drawn among those who bought a ticket. The success of the association, which was founded in 1905, is proven by the building of the City Theatre of Veszprém (from 1922 the Petőfi Theatre of Veszprém), which was opened in 1908 and still stands today.
