Bauer Sándor, a kép készítője; 1946-ban került az MTI-n belül működő Magyar Film Irodához fotóriporternek, majd 1957-től a Vendéglátás magazin munkatársa volt. Több mint négy évtizedes pályájának hagyatéka mintegy húszezer, nagyrészt negatívban fennmaradt fotó.

Az emlékmű belsejében lévő szobrot 1985-ban az Erzsébet híd budai hídfőjének autós lehajtójánál a Döbrentei téren helyezték el. Ma is ott van. Az emlékmű mögött a Piarista rendház, napjainkban a Piarista Gimnázium épülete és a Százéves étterem található. A fotón a királyné szobra helyén Stróbl Alajos alkotása a Halászlány kútszobor látható, később az Andrássy út 28. udvarán volt, ma a BTM-ben áll. (kozterkep.hu)

A picture from photo collection of photographer Sándor Bauer who was the photo reporter of the Hungarian Film Office (belonged to MTI) as of 1946, and the employee of magazine Vendéglátás as of 1957. His legacy is about 20 thousand photos, mainly in negative.

Family photo in front of the Fishergirl's Well. The Queen's statue inside the monument was placed in 1985 at the car exit of the Buda end of the Elizabeth Bridge in Döbrentei Square. It is still there today. Behind the monument, there is the Piarist Monastery, today the Piarist Secondary Grammar School and the Százéves Restaurant. The photo shows the work of Alajos Stróbl, the Fishergirl's Well, on the site of the Queen's statue, later it was in the courtyard of 28 Andrássy Road, today in the BTM.
